       凡报名参加本活动，即视同您已了解本次活动的相关安排，完全阅读并承诺遵守活动的全部规定，认识并理解户外活动的固有风险和不可控因素，确认身体状况完全健康，拥有足够体能、户外经验和装备胜任本次活动，同意本项安全免责声明，同意自行承担户外活动中的所有风险。心脏病、高血压、哮喘病等疾病患者不能报名参加活动，隐瞒自己身体疾病，所引发的任何事故由参加者本人负责，活动主办方不承担任何责任。对于活动中可能出现的意外事故，属于不可预知或即使预知也无法避免的安全事故，请自行购买保险，由投保的保险公司承担意外伤害保险赔付，活动组织者不为此承担责任。因不可抗力因素导致参加成员身体受损时，活动主办方有义务尽力救助，但如果造成了不可逆转的损害，主办方不负担任何责任。

Declaration

To whom it may concern,

  The person who signs up for this activity intends that he is fully aware of its arrangements,  promises to obey all its rules, fully understands the uncontrollable factors of outdoor activities, and has confirmed that his health condition and outdoor experiences permit his participation in this activity. Patients of heart diseases, hypertension, asthma, and other diseases that may threaten their safety during outdoor activities shall not sign up for this activity. The organizer of this activity shall not be held responsible for any injuries or accidents arising from the concealment of individual health condition. The person who signs this declaration will be liable for any consequences incurred herefrom. Feel free to purchase insurance for yourself. Insurance company, in stead of the organizer of this activity, shall be liable for the unpredictable or unavoidable accidents arising therefrom. On occasions where participants are injured by force majeure, the organizer and all the participants shall be obliged to help as much as possible, yet the organizer shall not be held responsible for any legal or economic liabilities arising from the accidents in this activity.
