The festive mood of Christmas has approached us, and this annual celebration brings joy and vibrancy to the Wellington school community! Along with the celebration of Christmas, December is also the “Kindness Month” of Wellington, a special period where all members of the Wellington community group get together and devote themselves towards acts of kindness, as well as spreading the Christmas joy within the school. As an integral part of the Wellington Values, your children have also been promoting the act of kindness through creating handmade Christmas cards. Whilst it is a great moment to see them develop their hand-crafting skills, this event has also been an act of support towards Heart to Heart (H2H), a non-profit organisation which has been helping children with congenital heart diseases who could not afford proper treatment, through providing aid and funds for their surgery. It is a great cause to be supporting a charity, and an even greater enjoyment for your family to celebrate the progress of your child in the school year.
