Winter Solstice Workshop - Make Dumplings
The Winter Solstice marks the arrival of the coldest season in this year, yet it it also an important time of the year to Chinese. Families traditionally celebrate it at home and have dumplings. There is a saying that goes: "Have dumplings on the first day of Winter Solstice and noodles on the first day of Summer Solstice."
	
Everyone is welcome to join our workshop to learn the 24 Solar Terms of the traditional Chinese calendar, try make dumplings from scratch, put elements of surprise in the dumplings, and win the prizes simply by biting into them!
