Welcome to the registration page for the British Community Garden Party celebrating HM The Queen's 90th Birthday!

 

Her Majesty's Ambassador to China, Barbara Woodward, is looking forward to hosting you on June 19. Please bring a rug and a picnic to enjoy the garden, live music, and other special treats on offer, including a glass of Pimm's, afternoon delights and fun activities for children and grown-up's!

PLUS enter your best regal bake in the GREAT Royal Bake Off Competition to be crowned King or Queen for the day!

 

Please note: you must be a British passport holder OR be registered as a guest by a British passport holder to enter this event.

 

Example: one British passport holder + three non-British passport holder guests. The British passport holder must select 1 ticket in the drop down menu below. In the registration form, the British passport holder must enter their own details PLUS the number of guests they are bringing and their guests’ names.  

 

Please read the detailed instructions below:

  1. All British passport holders must register for tickets. There will be no admittance without prior registration.
  2. Non-British passport holders must be registered as a guest of a British passport holder. There is space for British passport holders to enter a maximum of three guests on the registration form below.
  3. British passport holders must enter the name of each additional guest in the registration form.
  4. Non-British passport holder guests will need to attend the event with the British passport holder who registered their details.
  5. Once registered, the British passport holder will receive a confirmation e-mail (including the names of any guests), which you will need to print out and bring to gain entry to the venue.
  6. All ticket holders must bring their British passport to enter the venue.
  7. Non-British passport holders must bring a form of photo ID to enter the venue.
  8. Children under 12 do not require photo ID but do need to be registered as a guest.

 

The GREAT Royal Bake-Off Competition


We invite you to take part in THE baking competition of a lifetime, in celebration of HRH Queen Elizabeth II’s 90th Birthday. Dust off your apron, and take part by bringing your most regal of cakes to the event!

Here are a few pointers:


  1. Please make sure you enter your cake at the designated ‘GREAT Royal Bake-Off’ area at the event no later than 3.30pm.
  2. Your entry can be in the form of a cake or as a series of cupcakes (three or more).
  3. Please bring your entry on a board or plate to be presented on (all to be returned to the entrant after the event)
  4. Independent judges will then take part in the tasting test at 4pm, make sure you are available to present your cake!
  5. The winner will be announced at 5pm, and will be rewarded with a special prize (and crown!).


As in true British fashion please come prepared for all weather conditions. Come rain or shine the event will go ahead.
