Omnivore World Tour Shangai is organizing this year not less than 13 Masterclass at the Three on the Bund.The Master Classes which are live cooking shows, unveil the chef's secrets, which is part of the unique programming. 13 international chefs share their ideas, techniques and their passion... a total immersion into the universe of the Young Cuisine.

Jowett Yu - Ho Lee Fook (Hong Kong) & Thomas Lim - Goldies (Los Angeles, USA)
These young chefs who trained in Australia all took different paths: Jowett Yu went to Hong Kong, Thomas Lim to California and Jordan Toft to Sydney. Yet they already crossed paths around Tetsuya in Sydney, where they trained. The new generation is at work in Shanghai on June 19.

The Omnivorious Party is an evening where established chefs and foodies meet to prepare small concoctions with DJ music. All along the party, all the chefs cooks some bouchées for a perfect blend of food enthusiasts and food professionals.
